Baseball season’s underway
Well you better get ready for a brand new day
Hey, Chicago, what do you say
The Cubs are gonna win today.
They’re singing …
Go, Cubs, go
Go, Cubs, go
Hey, Chicago, what do you say
The Cubs are gonna win today
Go, Cubs, go
Go, Cubs, go
Hey, Chicago, what do you say
The Cubs are gonna win today.
They got the power, they got the speed
To be the best in the National League
Well this is the year and the Cubs are real
So come on down to Wrigley Field.

Trick or Treat in January???

I was in the kitchen cooking dinner, while Jeremy and Ben were playing. I guess Jeremy wasn't changing his diaper fast enough and Ben started peeing everywhere. Since I was busy, Jeremy decided to find him something new to wear and this is what he picked out! I just had to take a picture because he looked so stinkin' cute!

rolling, rolling, rolling....

Ben has been rolling over for about a week now and I finally caught it on video! He usually rolls from stomach to back, but occasionally from back to stomach. We're very proud of him 8-)

He's also putting EVERYTHING in his mouth---including my hair! I think it might be time for a haircut...

Our little Benny Bear

I love being a mom! I honestly can't remember what life was like before Ben. I have to say it's the best and most terrifying job in the world. He makes me smile every single day and I really can't stop staring at him.

Ben was born October 1, 2008 at 8:35 pm. I was 4 days overdue when I went to the hospital to be induced. Jeremy and I really couldn't wait any longer to meet him! After 12 hours of labor, he arrived weighing 6lbs. and 11 ounces. We were shocked because I weighed over 7 lbs. and Jeremy over 8. He was so tiny! Ben is almost 4 months old now and they've been the best and most interesting 4 months of my life!

I'm going to use this blog to keep our family and friends updated with the latest news and pictures of our little guy.
